We will visit the top sightseeing places and viewpoints in both these hill stations and also do some exciting activities. You can customize this package and include places and activities of your choice. We will also visit Dharamshala Mcleodganj, which is famous for its Buddhist monasteries and temples. The Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama resides here in Dharamshala. You must dine here in Dharamshala and eat some Tibetan delicacies. The markets here are also best for Tibetan artifacts and handicrafts. This tour is a rare opportunity to see the Tibetan culture at the temples and interact with the Buddhist monks who live here.

1Day Arrival in Chandigarh

We will start our tour with your arrival in Chandigarh. We will proceed to visit our first destination in Himachal Pradesh which is Shimla. The drive from Chandigarh to Shimla is about 3-4 hours. Shimla is so famous hill station that it is nicknamed as the ‘Queen of Hills’. After you arrive in Shimla, we will proceed to visit Mall Road which is one of the best sightseeing spots in Shimla. You can check in at your hotel and visit the various places in Shimla or you can also rest in your hotel if you are tired and do sightseeing the next day.

2Day Shimla sightseeing

We will begin this day with the sightseeing tour of Shimla. Shimla is one of the best hill stations in India and is famous for its scenic viewpoints and natural beauty. On this day we will visit some famous places in Shimla which are Kufri, Lakkad Bazar, Scandal Point, Mall Road, and Jakhoo Temple. After this sightseeing tour of Shimla, we will return to our hotel where you can have dinner and rest for the night.

3Day Shimla to Manali

After breakfast, we will check out from our hotel in Shimla and proceed to visit another famous Himachal hill station which is called Manali. Shimla to Manali is a beautiful drive where you can view mountains, valleys, and river streams. You can enjoy the scenic views of the Beas and Sutlej Rivers on the way. You can make short halts at places like Sundar Nagar, Kullu, Mandi, etc. Shimla to Manali is a drive of around 6 to 8 hours and we will reach Manali in the evening after which you can check in at your hotel and take some much-needed rest. Or you can explore the Mall Road in Manali and do some shopping or dine in restaurants.

4Day Manali sightseeing

Begin our day with a sightseeing tour of Manali and its nearby sites. You can visit Hidimba Temple, Manu Temple, Vashisht Temple and hot springs, and some viewpoints. But the most exciting thing to do on this day is visit Solang Valley which is famous for its mountain views and natural beauty. In the evening we will return to our hotel and you can rest for the night.

5Day Naggar Castle and Jana Waterfall

We will begin our day after breakfast by visiting Nagar Castle which is one of the famous sightseeing places near Manali. Nagar Castle has many ancient sculptures and offers spectacular views of the mountains and valleys. After this visit to Naggar Castle, you can enjoy ziplining at Jana waterfall and the cafe here offers tasty food. After the sightseeing is over you will return to Manali where you can rest for the night.

6Day Manali to Dharamshala

On this day you will check out from your hotel in Manali and proceed to visit Dharamshala and Mcleodganj. On the way, you can stop by many places and enjoy the magnificent views. Manali to Dharamshala is about 7-8 hours of drive. After we reach Dharamshala, you will check in at your hotel and explore the nearby area. Have dinner and rest at your hotel.

7Day Dharamshala Mcleodganj sightseeing

We will begin this day with a sightseeing tour of Dharamshala Mcleodganj. Both these places are very close to each other. They are best for experiencing the Tibetan culture and Buddhist temples. We will visit places like Namgyal Monastery, Tibet Museum, Bhagsunag Waterfall, and Kangra Valley. You can visit Masroor Rock Cut Temples, which is an archaeological site and has many big and small temples cut out of giant rocks. You can dine in a local restaurant and have tasty noodles, momos, thukpa soup, and other Tibetan delicacies. In the evening return to your hotel or explore the local market in Dharamshala or Mcleodganj.

8Day Checkout from Dharamshala + Chandigarh departure

Our tour ends here and we will check out from Dharamshala and drive on to Chandigarh. We will transfer you to the airport or railway station in Chandigarh from where you can take your flight or train to your home town.

Confirmation Policy

Upon booking, the traveller will receive a confirmation voucher via email, within 24 hours.
In the special cases of slots not being available, feasible alternatives will be provided to the customer, in regards to the customer’s preference. In such cases, a new voucher would be sent via email, consisting of the new travel details.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made before 20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 30% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Due to any restrictions such as sudden government policies or regulations, health hazards, medical emergencies, or unprecedented weather conditions, activities and tours may be nonoperational and be cancelled. In cases such as these, operators will attempt to cater to the traveller an alternate, which is feasible in nature. However, any refund would not be catered.
