You will explore the bazaars, see the wilderness of the desert, and the incredible beauty of the dunes. On our Rajasthan tour itinerary are famous cities, marvelous forts, vintage havelis, sprawling palaces, tourist destinations, national parks, and ancient temples. You can experience life in the desert and the cultural festivals in Rajasthan on this trip. You will be doing much of the sightseeing by car and travel on routes, which will take you to some breathtaking destinations in Rajasthan.
Your first day of this Rajasthan tour begins as you arrive in Jaipur from your hometown. Our tour representative will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel in Jaipur. After check-in formalities and some rest, you can do a half-day sightseeing tour of Jaipur. We will take you to visit the three most famous tourist attractions in Jaipur, which are Hawa Mahal, Jaipur City Palace, and Jantar Mantar. Jaipur City Palace is very famous for its museums and palaces. After this, we will take you to Chokhi Dhani, which is a Rajasthani restaurant with traditional village-themed décor and many activities. You will enjoy a puppet show, magician tricks, Rajasthani dance, and music together with a delicious Rajasthani thali meal. Later you will return to your hotel in Jaipur and spend the night here.
You will begin this day with a sightseeing tour of Jaipur. You will have breakfast in your hotel and then we will take you to visit Amer Fort. This fort is also called Amber Palace. Amer Fort is one of the largest forts in Rajasthan. The fort has a powerful defense construction and incredible architecture. You will visit various places here like Jaleb Chowk, Ganesh Pol, Suraj Pol, Sheesh Mahal, Kesar Kyari, Sukh Niwas, Diwan-e-Aam (Public hall), Baradari, and Janana Mahal. The fort is a fine example of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture. You will find Mughal gardens, paintings, spacious courtyards, palaces, carvings, halls, pavilions, and huge walls.
After this, you will visit Jaigarh Fort. This fort is a very famous fort in Jaipur and the most popular attraction in Jaigarh Fort is the huge cannon called Jaiwana Cannon. Jaigarh Fort is very close to Amber Palace and has huge walls that are built on neighboring hills. We will now take you to visit Nahargarh Fort. This fort offers magnificent views of Jaipur from the top. Nahargarh Fort is a much more artistic kind of fort and the palaces here have European and Rajasthani décor and artistic paintings.
After lunch, you will visit Jal Mahal, which is a palace that is built in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. You will only see this palace from a distance and cannot go inside as boating in the lake is not allowed currently. You will now visit Kanak Vrindavan Gardens, and these gardens have spectacular palaces, flowers, walking paths, and trees. In the evening we will take you to Birla Temple, which has magnificent marble construction and incredible carvings.
You will now explore the markets in Jaipur for some time and one of the famous bazaars here is called Johari Bazaar. You can even shop for jewelry here and have some Rajasthani street food. We will drop you back at your hotel after this full-day sightseeing tour of Jaipur. You will now dine in your hotel in Jaipur and have a good night’s rest.
You will begin this day with check-out from Jaipur and proceed to visit a very famous destination of this Rajasthan tour, which is Ranthambore. After you arrive in Ranthambore you will check-in at the hotel/ lodge/ homestay/ resort in Ranthambore and rest for some time. You will now have enough time for the remaining day to visit some popular places in Ranthambore. We will take you to the famous Ranthambore Fort, which is ranked among the topmost forts in Rajasthan. Ranthambore Fort comes in the list of all the UNESCO World Heritage sites in Rajasthan. This is a 13th-century fort and Ranthambore National Park is named after this fort. Now you will visit Jogi Mahal and Raj Bagh Ruins, these are hunting lodges, which were used by the kings. We will take you to visit Trinetra Ganesh Temple and Rajiv Gandhi Regional Museum of Natural History. In the evening we will drop you to your hotel in Ranthambore and you can rest and sleep.
You will begin this day with a Ranthambore tiger safari tour. Ranthambore National Park is famous for its tigers and you will spot these magnificent creatures in their wild habitat during the jeep safari in Ranthambore. You must take your binoculars or DSLR cameras so that you can photograph them and see them more closely. You will visit lakes like Padam Talao, Surwal Lake, and Malik Talao and spot crocodiles, deer, wild boars, and other creatures.
Later you will check-out from Ranthambore and proceed to visit another famous destination of this Rajasthan tour, which is Udaipur. On the route, you will visit the famous Chittor Fort. This Chittor Fort is the biggest in Rajasthan and is a historic fort. It ranks among all the finest hilltop forts in Rajasthan and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can view this fort even from your car. Vijay Stambh, Kirti Stambh, and the huge walls of this fort are visible even from a great distance. When you arrive in Udaipur you will do check-in at the pre-booked hotel and then have rest for the night.
Today you will have a full day of sightseeing in which you will visit the most famous tourist attractions in Udaipur. We will take you to visit Udaipur City Palace and which is a huge palace complex with museums, palaces, courtyards, artistic pavilions, balconies, and temples. You will now visit Saheliyon ki Bari, which is a beautiful garden with fountains, trees, flowers, and magnificent pavilions. You will now visit Jagdish Temple, and this temple is famous for its magnificent architecture and carvings.
After lunch, you will visit Maharana Pratap Memorial and Fateh Sagar Lake. You can view many cormorant birds in Fateh Sagar Lake, spend some time at the banks of this lake, and admire the beautiful scenery. We will now take you to Lake Pichola and you can have a boat ride here. In the evening you can visit Bagore ki Haveli and the puppet show is very famous here. There are many rooms in the mansion with Rajasthani décor and vintage art and crafts items. You will now return to your hotel in Udaipur and have an overnight stay.
You will now check-out from Udaipur and proceed to Kumbhalgarh by car. You can check-in at your hotel/ resort in Kumbhalgarh and then have some rest. Afterward, you will visit the Kumbhalgarh Fort, which is famous for its long walls. These walls are about 36 km in length and are built on top of the surrounding hills. Kumbhalgarh Fort is considered to be a very powerful fort and comes in the rank of among the largest forts in India. You can visit the temples and palaces inside the fort. The nearby region is called Kumbhalgarh Wildlife Sanctuary and there are some jungle creatures like foxes, sloth bears, leopards, etc. After this visit, you can return to your hotel in Kumbhalgarh and rest here for the night.
After check-out from Kumbhalgarh, you will arrive at Mount Abu, which is the finest hill station in Rajasthan. After you arrive in Mount Abu, you will visit the famous Dilwara Jain Temples. These temples are one of the finest Jain temples in India with incredible carvings, sculptures, and architecture. After this, you will visit Nakki Lake and Toad Rock. You can do boating in Nakki Lake and take selfies at Toad Rock. This strange rock formation is very famous in Mount Abu. You will now visit Trevor’s Tank, Brahmakumari Peace Park, Achalgarh Fort, and Guru Shikhar. After this day’s visit to Mount Abu, you will return to your hotel in Mount Abu and rest here for the night.
After you check-out from Mount Abu you will proceed to yet another famous Rajasthan destination, which is Jodhpur. You can check-in and have some rest in the hotel in Jodhpur. Afterward, we will take you on a half-day sightseeing tour of Jodhpur. Mehrangarh Fort is the first monument that you will visit. This enormous fort is ranked among the topmost forts in Rajasthan and is a visual delight. You can view Jodhpur City and Umaid Bhawan Palace from the top of the fort. There are palaces inside and museums where you can view exhibits like elephant howdahs, palanquins, armory, weapons, royal costumes, turbans, paintings, etc.
You will later visit Jaswant Thada, which is a marble monument and memorial. Later you will visit Umaid Bhawan Palace, which is one of the royal palaces in Jodhpur. Umaid Bhawan Palace is a massive palace and part of it is a luxury hotel, part of it is a museum, and part of it is a residence of the royal dynasty. In the evening you will visit Mandore Gardens, which have many memorials and chhatris of former rulers of Jodhpur and Marwar kingdom. Later you will visit Sardar Market and Clock Tower, do some shopping, and taste various Rajasthani street food. After this visit, you will return to Jodhpur and stay here at the hotel for the night.
After check-in from Jodhpur on this day, you will proceed to visit the desert destination in Rajasthan, which is Jaisalmer. On arrival in Jaisalmer, you can check-in at the hotel and then visit the Jaisalmer Fort. This is a huge fort with temples, viewpoints, and havelis. The Cannon Viewpoint in Jaisalmer Fort offers panoramic views of Jaisalmer. You will now visit the Patwon ki Haveli, which is a magnificent haveli with incredible Rajasthani décor and rooms. We will take you to visit Gadisar Lake and you will view many monuments, temples, and memorials around the lake.
After lunch, you will visit Sam sand dunes and which are magnificent desert dunes with many desert camps. You will check-in at a desert camp and then have a camel safari tour. The camel ride in Jaisalmer is a must-do thing. You can also go for a jeep ride and it is also called dune bashing. Later you will visit Kuldhara Village and this is an abandoned village near Jaisalmer. The sunset views in Sam sand dunes are magnificent. In the evening you will enjoy Rajasthani cultural dance and music show and bonfire dinner.
After check-out from Jaisalmer, you will proceed to visit Bikaner. On the way, you can visit the famous Rat Temple, which is also called Karni Mata Temple. On arrival in Bikaner, you can do check-in at the hotel and then visit Junagarh Fort, which is one of the finest forts in Rajasthan. You will visit another famous monument in Bikaner, which is the mansion called Rampuria Haveli. Thereafter you will visit the National Research Centre on Camel and see how camels are bred. You will now visit the cenotaphs at Devikund Sagar and these are memorials with incredible architecture and beauty. Later in the evening you will return to your hotel in Bikaner and rest here for the night.
You have now arrived on the last day of this Rajasthan tour. You will check-out from Bikaner. We will drive to Jaipur and drop you off at Jaipur Airport or Jaipur Railway Station from where you can catch a flight or train to your hometown.
