Your Rajasthan Heritage Tour will begin as you land at Delhi Airport/ Delhi Railway Station. Our tour representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in Delhi. You can spend the rest of the day with relaxation and explore the nearby markets. Later have dinner at a popular restaurant and return to your hotel and rest here for the night.
You will do sightseeing in Delhi and we will take you to places which are most popular in Delhi. You will visit Rashtrapati Bhawan and India Gate. Both these monuments are best to view the British architecture in Delhi. Rashtrapati Bhawan is an incredible building and this is where the President of India lives. Inside are 340 rooms, horse’s stables, gardens and lawns, offices, suites, reception halls and other offices. India Gate is a war memorial, which is similar in structure as the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. It has names of soldiers engraved on its walls. You will later visit the Parliament House.
We will now take you to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Humayun’s Tomb. This monument is remarkable in its Mughal and Persian architecture style. Qutub Minar is another famous monument and it is part of the Qutb Complex. It ranks among the tallest brick towers in the world. We will now leave for Agra and you will check-in at the hotel on arrival in Agra and rest here for the night.
You will begin this day with a sunrise tour of Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal looks even more gorgeous in the morning rays of sun during dawn. Later visit Agra Fort and you can visit very famous palaces here like Jehangiri Mahal and Khas Mahal. We will now visit Fatehpur Sikri, which has incredible monuments with best Mughal architecture. The best places that you will visit here are Panch Mahal, Buland Darwaza, Birbal’s Palace, Jama Masjid, Jodhabai’s Palace. These monuments are among the best Mughal-era architecture in India.
We will now proceed to visit the Chand Baori, which is a historic stepwell. It is also called as Abhaneri Stepwell. Chand Baori is a medieval stepwell, which ranks among the largest stepwells in India. Currently it is in ruins but a glimpse of this stepwell is enough to suggest its incredible architecture that was used in its construction.
We will now continue our journey to Jaipur. You will check-in and stay here at the hotel for the night.
You will begin this day with a sightseeing tour of Jaipur. This city is famous as the Pink City of India due to the pink colored buildings. There are more than 30+ different tourist attractions in Jaipur, but we will visit the most famous among them. We will take you to Hawa Mahal, which is a palace with 953 intricately carved windows. The royal women used these windows in ancient times to see the life outside the palace.
We will take you to visit Jantar Mantar, and this is a famous ancient India astronomical observatory. We will now visit Jaipur City Palace and Amer Fort. This fort is one of the most attractive and famous tourist attractions in Jaipur. We will show you the Jal Mahal, which is a palace in the middle of a lake called as Man Sagar Lake. In the evening you will visit the Johari Bazaar, which is a very old marketplace in Jaipur. Govind Deoji Temple is the next attraction in Jaipur which you will visit. At the end of this tour of Jaipur, we will drop you to your hotel and you can spend the night at the hotel.
After check-out from Jaipur you will arrive in Pushkar. This is a very holy city in Rajasthan and a top tourist attraction. After arrival in Pushkar you will check-in and rest for some time. We will then take you to visit the various temples in Pushkar. The topmost temples in Pushkar which you will visit are Varaha Temple, Brahma Temple, Savitri Temple, Rangji Temple. We will then take you to Ajmer and the top tourist attraction which you will visit here is the Ajmer Sharif Dargah. This is a shrine of the famous Sufi saint called Khawaja Moinudden Chishti. We will take you to visit the Nareli Jain Temple and Adhai din ka Jhonpra. In the evening you will return to Pushkar and visit Pushkar Lake. Later you will come back to your hotel in Pushkar and spend the night here.
In the morning you will check-out from Pushkar and visit Udaipur. You can check-in at your hotel in Udaipur and then visit a local market in Udaipur and do some shopping. Later you will return to your hotel and have a delicious dinner of Rajasthani specialities. Later you will rest in your hotel in Udaipur.
You will begin this day with a full-day sightseeing tour of Udaipur. We will begin this tour with a visit to Udaipur City Palace. This is a vast palace complex where there are different palaces, halls, courtyards, temples, museums. We will now visit the Maharana Pratap Memorial and this is a huge statue with Maharana Pratap riding on his favourite horse Chetak. We will now visit Jagdish Temple, which has remarkable marble construction.
Saheliyon ki Bari is the next tourist attraction we will visit and this is a garden complex with many fountains, pavilions and flowers and trees. We will now cover another famous attraction in Udaipur, which is called Lake Pichola. You can do a boat ride in the lake and view the famous islands and palaces in the lake. You can enjoy scenic sunsets, and views of City Palace, Lake Palace, Monsoon Palace on the hill etc. You will now return to your hotel in Udaipur and spend the night here.
This day you will check-out from Udaipur and proceed to Jodhpur. On the route you will visit the famous Ranakpur Jain Temples. These are famous Jain temples with incredible carvings and architecture. These temples were built in the 15th century and have exquisite carvings, sculptures, idols, sculpted pillars, decorated ceilings and walls. They are entirely made out of white marble stone.
Now we will proceed onwards towards Jodhpur and here you can check-in at your hotel and then rest for the night.
You will begin this day with a tour of the famous and immensely powerful Mehrangarh Fort. This is a hilltop fort and ranks among the most famous forts in Rajasthan. Mehrangarh Fort was attacked many times and its walls still bore the marks of cannon balls. The incredible architecture of this fort and its powerful defence construction made it one of the huge forts in Rajasthan. You can visit the museum inside and view various costumes, howdahs, armours, ammunition etc.
We will now continue on our Rajasthan journey and proceed onwards to visit Bikaner. On the way you will visit the Karni Mata Rat Temple, which is situated in Deshnoke. When you arrive in Bikaner you will check-in at the hotel and then visit Junagarh Fort. This is one of the biggest forts in Rajasthan. Later you will do a tuk-tuk ride in the city. You can experience the culture of Rajasthani people in the tuk-tuk ride. In the evening you will spend at the hotel and stay for the night.
After check-out from Bikaner you will now proceed towards Nawalgarh, which is a town in Shekhawati region of Rajasthan. On the way you will pass Fatehpur, which is rich in artistic paintings, painted havelis, fresco art. You will see many painted havelis, wells, and vintage mansions in Fatehpur Shekhawati. On arrival in Nawalgarh you can do check-in and have the rest of the day to spend at leisure.
On this day you will visit some very famous havelis and other monuments in Mandawa, which is a neighbouring town. Among the most famous monuments that you will visit are Gulab Rai Ladia Haveli, Chokhani Haveli, Mohanlal Saraf Haveli. All these havelis have exquisite paintings of the desert life in Rajasthan and local gods and goddesses. These havelis are so famous among tourists that they have named this whole region as a vast ‘open art gallery’ of Rajasthan.
After this visit you will check-out from Nawalgarh and we will drive to Delhi. We will drop you at Delhi Railway Station/ Delhi Airport or any other drop-off point in Delhi as you prefer.
