Day Wise Itinerary Download

1Day Arrive in Chandigarh

You will start your tour with your arrival in Chandigarh. Our tour representative will greet you at Chandigarh Railway Station/ Chandigarh Airport and we will drive to Shimla, which is our first destination of this tour. Shimla is famous for its scenic landscapes, Himalayan mountain ranges, and British-era buildings with colonial architecture. When you arrive in Shimla, you can check-in at the hotel and then take some much-needed rest. You can explore the hotel surroundings and have dinner. Later you will rest in the hotel for the night.

2Day Shimla Kufri local sightseeing

Today you will wake up to glorious sunrise views from your hotel and have a hearty breakfast. Then we will go sightseeing in Shimla and Kufri. First, you will visit Kufri, which is one of the best skiing destinations in Shimla. During the summer season, Kufri turns into a lush green valley with picturesque landscapes and mountain views. In winter it turns into a skiing destination and mountain slopes are full of snow. You will visit the best attractions in Kufri such as Indira Tourist Park, Kufri Fun World, Himalayan Nature Park, and Mahasu Peak. Then return to Shimla and you can visit the Viceregal Lodge, which is a historic building with incredible European architecture. We will visit Jakhoo Temple, which is the temple of Lord Hanuman. According to popular belief, Hanunanji stopped here for some time in his search for the Sanjeevani Booti. The 108-foot-high statue of Lord Hanuman is the main attraction of this temple. Later we will visit Christ Church, Gaiety Theatre, Scandal Point, and Mall Road. At the end of this tour, you can take a walk on Mall Road in Shimla and do some shopping. Thereafter we will drop you at the hotel. You can have a delicious dinner and then stay here for the night.

3Day Shimla to Kullu Manali

Today you will check-out from Shimla and proceed to visit another famous destination of this tour, which is Manali. This Shimla to Manali route is full of magnificent scenery, valley, and mountain views, waterfalls, temples, and small villages. On the route, you can make short halts on the way to visit Pandoh Dam, Hanogi Mata Temple, and Vaishno Devi Temple. When you reach Manali, you can do hotel check-in and then explore the hotel surroundings. Later you can take a short walk in the main market in Manali and view the shops, restaurants, and local life in Manali. Then you will return to the hotel at dinner time and have a delicious dinner. Later have a rest in the hotel and stay here for the night.

4Day Manali local sightseeing

Today will be a very exciting day as you will tour the most famous tourist attractions in Manali. We will start this tour after breakfast and you can visit all these places by car. The first attraction that we will visit is Hidimba Temple, and this temple is situated in scenic landscapes. Hidimba Temple has incredible Himalayan architecture and the main deity of this temple is Hidimba, the wife of Bhima, the Pandava brother. You can hear the sound of birds and forests all around offer very beautiful surroundings. Then we will visit Vashisht Hot Springs, which are very sacred hot springs near Vashishit Temple. The hot springs have medicinal properties and they can heal skin problems, diseases, and infections. The temple here is dedicated to Rishi Vashisht, who was a famous ascetic in Hindu mythology. We will now visit the Tibetan monastery in Manali, which has Tibetan architecture and décor. The main statue of Buddha, who is sitting in a meditative posture, is a great attraction in the monastery. You will see prayer wheels, various idols and statues, paintings, prayer halls, and monks here. In the evening you can visit the main market here in Manali, which is Mall Road. You will find many shops, restaurants, departmental stores, cafes, and hotels and can do a bit of shopping. Later you will return to the hotel in Manali and stay here for the night.

5Day Manali to Solang Valley

Today is yet another exciting day of this Shimla Manali Tour. We will visit Solang Valley on this day and you can view the magnificent landscapes of Himachal here. You can do various activities here like horse riding, skiing, and paragliding, at your own cost. The views of snow-filled valleys, mountaintops, forests, and scenic landscapes will make your day. We will now move on and proceed to Atal Tunnel, which is a tunnel that goes under Rohtang Pass. This tunnel is also famous as Rohtang Tunnel and is one of India’s highest highway tunnels above 10000 feet. We will now visit Sissu, which is one of the beautiful places near Manali. You can view the magnificent waterfall, Sissu Lake, the skiing point, Chenab River views, and snow-capped mountains in Sissu. After this visit, you will return to Manali in the evening and have dinner. Afterward, you will stay in the hotel in Manali for the night.

6Day Manali to Chandigarh via Kullu

Today you will check-out from Manali and drive on to Chandigarh. On the way you can visit Kullu and you can do river rafting, ziplining at your own cost. You can visit a Pashmina Shawl factory and view local artisans making and weaving the shawls by hand. You can also buy these shawls in the store and take them home as souvenirs. Later you will continue your journey to Chandigarh. We will drop you at Chandigarh Railway Station/ Chandigarh Airport and you can take a train/ flight to your hometown.

Confirmation Policy

Upon booking, the traveller will receive a confirmation voucher via email, within 24 hours.
In the special cases of slots not being available, feasible alternatives will be provided to the customer, in regards to the customer’s preference. In such cases, a new voucher would be sent via email, consisting of the new travel details.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made before 20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 30% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Due to any restrictions such as sudden government policies or regulations, health hazards, medical emergencies, or unprecedented weather conditions, activities and tours may be nonoperational and be cancelled. In cases such as these, operators will attempt to cater to the traveller an alternate, which is feasible in nature. However, any refund would not be catered.
