1Day Arrival in Gangtok + Check-in at Lachen

Your North East Tour will start when you arrive in Gangtok. We will pick you up from the chosen place and will drive to Lachen via Chungthang. This is a very scenic place and has tremendous natural beauty. We will stop by Chungthang Viewpoint and admire the outstanding views of the snow-capped mountains and river streams meandering through the mountainous landscapes. Chungthang is famous for being near the Kanchenjunga National Park. On the route, we will visit Tashi View Point, Seven Sisters Waterfalls, and Naga Falls. On arrival in Lachen, we will check in at our hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

2Day Day trip to Gurudongmar Lake and back

We will do a day trip to Gurudongmar Lake on this day from Lachen. We will start very early at 4 am and pass through the rugged terrain of Kanchenjunga National Park to reach Gurudongmar Lake. We will pass through alpine pastures and mountain valleys. This lake is named after the historic and famous Tibetan monk Padmasambhava. It ranks among the high-altitude lakes in the world and is an immensely scenic lake. Huge mountains envelop the lake from all sides and cast their reflection on the lake. The lake is the source of the Teesta River. The banks of the lake are filled with grass and flowers and shepherds come here to graze their yaks and sheep cattle. Later visit Lachung and visit Chungthang, Bhim Nala Waterfall, and Holy Rock and view the confluence of Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu rivers at Chungthang. Overnight stay at Lachung.

3Day Yumthang Valley

Today we will visit one of the immensely scenic valleys in Sikkim, which is Yumthang Valley. If you are visiting this place in the right season, you can see the entire valley carpeted with flowers. Even during other times, the landscape of Yumthang Valley is surreal and magnificent. Yaks come here for grazing during the summers and winters. You will visit the Hot Springs here which have medicinal and healing properties. At the end of this trip, we will be back in Gangtok.

Confirmation Policy

Upon booking, the traveller will receive a confirmation voucher via email, within 24 hours.
In the special cases of slots not being available, feasible alternatives will be provided to the customer, in regards to the customer’s preference. In such cases, a new voucher would be sent via email, consisting of the new travel details.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made before 20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 30% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Due to any restrictions such as sudden government policies or regulations, health hazards, medical emergencies, or unprecedented weather conditions, activities and tours may be nonoperational and be cancelled. In cases such as these, operators will attempt to cater to the traveller an alternate, which is feasible in nature. However, any refund would not be catered.
