You will kick-start this Vietnam Tour by arriving in Ho Chi Minh City via flight. As you alight from the flight at Tan Son Nhat Airport and check-out from the airport, our tour representative will greet you and transfer you to the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. After check-in at the hotel, we will take you on a tour of Ho Chi Minh City and visit its famous tourist landmarks and heritage monuments. We will first visit the Independence Palace, the other name of this magnificent palace is Reunification Palace. The next monument that we will visit is the Saigon Central Post Office, whose architecture has a mix of Gothic, French, and Renaissance architectural styles.
After lunch, you will visit the Notre Dame Cathedral, which is one of the magnificent churches and cathedrals in Ho Chi Minh City. The architecture, interiors, bell towers, and stained glass windows, of this cathedral, are incredibly beautiful. You can now move on and visit the Opera House, and take some selfies and photographs with the magnificent building in the background. We will now visit the Mariamman Hindu Temple, which is a 19th-century Hindu temple, dedicated to the Hindu goddess Mariamman. Later we will visit the Ben Thanh Market, where you will find many shops and vendors selling wholesale and luxury goods. After this sightseeing tour in Ho Chi Minh City, you will return to your hotel and have a good night’s sleep and prepare for another day of your Vietnam Tour.
Today you will enjoy the entire day with a day trip to one of the most picturesque places in Vietnam, which is the Mekong Delta. This region is famous as the ‘Rice Bowl’ of Vietnam and the river Mekong meets the East Vietnam Sea at this place. We will visit a town called My Tho and this town is situated on the banks of the Mekong River. A boat ride is the best thing to do here and you will explore the small villages, rice fields, and rural life in the Mekong Delta in Vietnam. On the tour, you will visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda. Your boat will move through small inlets, creeks, and lush vegetation, you can view the exotic landscapes of the Mekong Delta and understand the lifestyle of people living here. You can also taste various local fruits grown here. You can also taste coconut candy, visit a honeybee farm and taste the unique taste of tea. After this visit, you will return to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and rest here for the night after dinner.
Today you will visit the most famous tourist attraction in Vietnam, which is Cu Chi Tunnels. This is a network of several underground tunnels, which were dug out by simple tools and no machinery was used to build these tunnels. These tunnels were dug during the Vietnam War and Viet Cong used these tunnels to live underground and reach various places. Cu Chi Tunnels is a vast network of 200 km of tunnels. You can find various command shelters, trapdoors, secret hiding places, kitchens, and other places. You will come across statues that show the daily life of soldiers who lived in these tunnels. You will have to crawl through these tunnels and these tunnels are illuminated with artificial lights. You can also taste the cassava and tea which were the daily food of the Viet Cong soldiers. After this trip to Cu Chi Tunnels, you will visit other places like Chinatown, Thien Hau Temple, and Cholon Market. At the end of this Ho Chi Minh Tour, we will drop you back at the hotel and you can have dinner and rest here for the night.
This is the last day of your Vietnam Tour. You will check-out from the hotel and we will drop you at Ho Chi Minh City Airport. You can take a flight and leave Vietnam with sweet memories of this tour.
