This 4N 5D Madhya Pradesh tour takes you to some famous places and monuments in Madhya Pradesh. We will visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Khajuraho Temples. These temples are famous all over the world for their erotic sculptures, incredible architecture, carvings, and temple structures. Later on in this tour, we will visit other Madhya Pradesh places such as Orchha and Jhansi. These places also have some magnificent palaces and forts.

Day Wise Itinerary Download

1Day Arrival in Gwalior

Your tour will start as soon as you arrive at the Gwalior railway station or airport. We will drive to the hotel where you can do all the check-in formalities. We will then go on a sightseeing tour of Gwalior. On this tour, we will visit the top attractions of Gwalior like Jai Vilas Palace, Gwalior Fort, Sas Bahu Temple, Gujari Mahal, Man Mandir, Tomb of Ghaus Mohamed, and Mausoleum of Tansen. After this Gwalior sightseeing tour you can have overnight rest at your hotel.

2Day Khajuraho

On this day we will visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Khajuraho Temples. On the way, we will visit Jhansi Fort, which is also called Rani Laxmibai Fort. You will now check-in at your hotel in Khajuraho and we will visit the Khajuraho Temples in the evening. Enjoy the Sound and Light Show at the Khajuraho Temple which will narrate the history of these temples and their architectural wonders. After this, you can return to your hotel and rest overnight.

3Day Khajuraho Temples

We will visit the Khajuraho Temple complex on this day. We will visit the famous Kandariya Mahadev Temple, Chitragupta Temple, Vishwanath Temple, Chausath Yogini, Vamana Temple, Lakshmana Temple, and Javari Temple. All these temples are heritage structures and are one of the best temples in India. They have elegant sculptures, incredible carvings, and wonderful architecture. After this visit, we will visit Panna National Park, which is close to Khajuraho Temples. In the evening you can go on a tiger safari in the national park and spot wild tigers. You will now return to Khajuraho after this visit and return to your hotel and rest.

4Day Orchha

We will visit another famous Madhya Pradesh destination, which is called Orchha. We will check out from the hotel and we will drive to Orchha. This is a drive of around 3-4 hours by cab. After checking in at our hotel you will visit famous places in Orchha like Orchha Fort, Ram Raja Temple, Chaturbhuj Temple, Jahangir Mahal, royal cenotaphs, etc. In the evening we will return to our hotel and rest for the night.

5Day Departure from Gwalior

On the final day of the tour, you will check out from Orchha and drive back to Gwalior, which is a drive of 3 hours. On arrival in Gwalior, we will drop you at the airport or railway station.

Confirmation Policy

Upon booking, the traveller will receive a confirmation voucher via email, within 24 hours.
In the special cases of slots not being available, feasible alternatives will be provided to the customer, in regards to the customer’s preference. In such cases, a new voucher would be sent via email, consisting of the new travel details.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made before 20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 30% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Due to any restrictions such as sudden government policies or regulations, health hazards, medical emergencies, or unprecedented weather conditions, activities and tours may be nonoperational and be cancelled. In cases such as these, operators will attempt to cater to the traveller an alternate, which is feasible in nature. However, any refund would not be catered.
