We will start our tour from the historical city of Ahmedabad. Our tour representative will pick you up from the Ahmedabad airport or railway station and transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. After you refresh yourself, we will visit the historical Ahmedabad city. We will visit Teen Darwaza, which was one of the gates of the old fortified city. We will visit the Calico Museum of Textiles, and the Hutheesing Jain Temple, which is a wonderful 15th-century temple of marble architecture. We will visit Sidi Saiyyed Mosque, which is famous for its delicate carvings and beautiful architecture. We will visit Dada Hari Vav, which is a stepwell with incredible architecture. It was built in such an ingenious way that water inside the stepwell remained cool even during scorching summer days. Jumma Masjid is one of the most beautiful mosques in Ahmedabad, and to see its structure is a pleasant experience. After check out from Ahmedabad we will drive on to our nest Gujarat destination, Jamnagar. You will check in at your hotel and later visit the famous places in Jamnagar such as Ranmal Lake, Pratap Villas, Bala Hanuman Temple, BAPS Swaminarayan Temple, Lakhota Lake, and Fort. You will now return to your hotel in Jamnagar and rest for the night.
You will now check out from Jamnagar and drive to your next destination of this tour, which is Dwarka. Jamnagar to Dwarka is a road trip of around 3-4 hours by car. Dwarka is the mythological city and kingdom of Lord Shri Krishna. You will visit the famous Dwarkadhish Temple, Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, Bet Dwarka, Rukmini Devi Temple, Gomti Ghat, and Gopi Talav. In the evening you will return to your hotel where you will rest for the night.
You will now check out from Dwarka and leave to reach your next Gujarat destination, which is called Somnath. The road distance between Dwarka and Somnath is just around 4-5 hours. On the way, we will make a halt at Porbandar, which is the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi. We will visit Porbandar Beach, Kirti Mandir, and continue to Somnath. Somnath Temple is one of the famous Jyotirlinga temples of Lord Shiva. Muslim rulers looted the temple several times in history. Its architecture dates back to the 9th century. As soon as we arrive in Somnath, you will check in at your hotel and later visit Somnath Temple. You can dine in popular restaurants in Somnath and rest at your hotel at the night.
We will start this day with checkout from Somnath. After breakfast, we will drive on to our next big Gujarat destination, which is Junagarh. The drive will take only around 2-3 hours. Junagarh was once a princely state in Gujarat. It is famous for its Buddhist archaeological sites and Mount Girnar. After we arrive in Junagarh, you will check in at your hotel in Junagarh and after refreshments, will visit Uparkot Fort, one of the top places in Junagarh. The fort was built in 319 BC and is an architectural wonder. It has many mosques, step-wells, and Buddhist caves inside its structure. We will visit Damodar Kund, which is a water tank on the foot of the Girnar Mountains. Then we will visit Mahabat Maqbara Palace, one of the incredible tombs of the rulers. It has the most incredible Islamic architecture. Later we will visit the mountaintop temples of Girnar. These are a group of Jain temples on the top of Girnar Mountain, which is a famous Jain pilgrimage site. You will see scenic views
On this last day of your tour, we will check out from Junagarh and will drive back to Ahmedabad from where you can take your flight or train to your home town.
