Your tour will start as soon as you arrive in Mumbai. Our representative will pick you up at the airport or railway station. Then we will drive to Nashik, which is a journey of around 4-5 hours by cab. On your arrival in Nashik, you will check in at the hotel and you can rest for the night.
You will spend the rest of the day sightseeing in Nashik. We will begin with the famous temples in Nashik. These are Trimbakeshwar Temple, Pandavleni Caves, Kalaram Temple, Ramkund, Muiktidham, Sita Gufa, and Panchvati. You can also go for a tour of the many vineyards in Nashik. The famous ones are Sula Vineyards and Soma Vineyards. Here you can go for a vineyard tour and see how wine is produced from grapes. In the evening, return to your hotel and rest for the night.
After breakfast, we will now drive on to Aurangabad. The road distance between Nashik and Aurangabad is about 200 km and it is a journey of 4-5 hours by cab. On arrival in Aurangabad, we will check in at your hotel. After some rest, we will visit Ellora Caves, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will visit many caves which are the finest examples of rock-cut architecture in India. Kailash Temple is a magnificently carved temple in Ellora Caves. The temple is a replica of Mount Kailash in Tibet. After this visit, we will come back to our hotel and rest for the night.
After breakfast, we will visit Ajanta Caves, which are famous for its sculptures, carvings, Buddhist monasteries, and paintings. There are many caves here which we will visit. After this, we will drive on to our next Maharashtra destination, which is Kolhapur. Aurangabad to Kolhapur is a journey of around 9-10 hours by cab. After we arrive in Kolhapur, we will do all the checking formalities at the hotel and stay overnight.
After breakfast, we will do a sightseeing tour of Kolhapur. We will visit the Mahalaxmi Ambabai Temple, which is one of the Shaktipeeth temples in Maharashtra. It has magnificent sculptures, carvings, idols, and architecture. After this, we will visit Kopeshwar Mandir and Chatrapati Shahu Palace. We will have lunch at a popular restaurant and afterward visit Shree Jyotiba Devasthan. We will visit Ramkala Lake, which was formed after an earthquake, due to natural forces. You can do the shopping and Kolhapur is famous for the Kolhapuri Chappal, which is a type of footwear. We will return to our hotel at night and rest.
On this day we will drive to Goa from Kolhapur. The drive from Kolhapur to Goa is a drive of around 5 hours. On our arrival in Goa, we will check in at your hotel and visit Panaji. Panaji is a main city with Portuguese monuments and architecture. We will visit Reis Magos Fort, Se Cathedral, Basilica of Bom Jesus, and Church of St. Augustine. These are one of the best places to experience the Portuguese influence in Goa. We will also visit Dona Paula Beach and stay overnight at our hotel.
After an early breakfast, we will drive to our next best Maharashtra destination, which is Sindhudurg. This is located on the coast of India and is one of the major places of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's rule. We will visit Sindhudurg Fort. The fort is on an island and is surrounded by sea on all sides. We have to go to the fort on a ferry ride. This is a 17th-century fort and is famous for its powerful structure and Maratha architecture. Next, we will visit Tarkarli Beach, which is a spectacular beach, where you can go for water skiing, beach walks, and relaxation. In the evening you can rest in your hotel and rest.
On this day we will check out from Sindhudurg and return to Mumbai. In Mumbai, we will drop you at the airport or railway station.
