Begin this day with a sightseeing tour and wildlife Safari of Little Rann of Kutch. This Little Rann of Kutch is one of the best wildlife sanctuaries in Gujarat and will take only about 2 and 3 hours to reach from Ahmedabad. You can explore the Rann in a jeep and spot various animals such as Asiatic Wild Ass, desert fox, blue bull, and Jackal. This is the only place where you will see the Asiatic Wild Ass of Gujarat. You can also see many birds here which are migratory and they visit this place during the winter time. During this visit, you will also visit the tribal hamlets of Rabari and Banjara tribes and learn a thing or two about their culture and ways of living. You can also take back some souvenirs for yourself. At the end of the day, you will stay at your resort in Rann of Kutch and have a good night’s sleep.
You will begin this day after breakfast and drive on to another famous Gujarat destination that is called Bhuj. This is a drive of around 4 to 5 hours by car. We will transfer you to your hotel in Bhuj, after which you can have some rest and later visit the famous places in Bhuj. Bhuj is famous for Shree Swaminarayan Mandir, Bhid Bhanjan Mahadev Temple, and Bhareswar Mahadev Mandir. Later we will visit the Pragmahal Museum and Aaina Mahal Museum. These museums are located in magnificent palaces in Bhuj. Afterward, you will visit Bhartiya Sanskriti Darsan Museum & Sharadbaug Palace, New Swaminarayan Temple. Later on, you can return to your hotel in Bhuj where you can stay overnight.
In the morning we will proceed to do a sightseeing tour of Bhuj and its nearby areas. Hodka is a village where you can see the arts and crafts of Gujarat. Here artisans make beautiful handicrafts and you will see the traditional houses of the Kutch region. Dhordo is a village near the Pakistani border, where the famous cultural festival of Kutch called Rann Utsav takes place. This is a vast salty desert and is white in appearance. We will visit other small craft villages like Ludiya Village and Khavda Village. We will visit Kalo Dunger which is called Black Hill and Dattatreya Temple. In the evening, we will stay in a traditional Kutch desert house known as Bhunga, which has traditional décor.
In the morning we will proceed to one of the famous places in Gujarat which is called Dwarka. Dwarka is a very sacred coastal town in Gujarat and one of the most famous pilgrimage destinations for Hindus. Dwarka is famous for the Dwarkadhish temple which is the temple of Lord Krishna situated on the sea coast itself and you can view magnificent views of the sea from this temple. We will visit the Gomti River and in the evening attend the Aarti at Dwarkadhish Temple. Later on in the day, you can return to your hotel in Dwarka and stay for the night.
You will spend the day in Dwarka sightseeing and visit another famous place in Dwarka which is called Nageshwar Jyotirling. Nageshwar Jyotirling is a very old Shiva temple and one of the famous Jyotirling temples in Dwarka. We will also visit Gopi Talaav, Bet Dwarka and Rukmini Temple. This temple is also famous all over Gujarat for its architecture and religious significance. You can visit the coastal area of Dwarka in the evening and attend the Aarti at Dwarkadhish temple and return to your hotel.
After breakfast, we will proceed to another famous Gujarat destination that is called Somnath. On the way, we will visit Porbandar, which is the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi. We will spend some leisure time at Madhavpur Beach. Onwards we will reach Somnath where you can visit the famous Somnath Jyotirlinga Temple. In the evening you will attend the Aarti at Somnath Temple and enjoy the wonderful Sound and Light Show. After this Somnath darshan, you will return to your hotel and have overnight rest.
On this day we will continue our journey and visit Sasan Gir. This is a drive of around 2 hours from Somnath. After we reach Sasan Gir we will go on a jungle safari and see Asiatic lions. Gir National Park is the only place in India where famous lions are found in the wild. You can also see various other animals here. Return to our hotel in the evening and rest for the night.
We will begin this day with a morning breakfast in return back to Ahmedabad. In Ahmedabad, we will proceed to visit famous Ahmedabad sites such as this is the Sabarmati Ashram where Gandhiji stayed for over 13 years, and begin his historic Dandi March. We will also visit famous places in Ahmedabad such as Akshardham temple and view the Sound and Light Show. In the evening we will return to our hotel in Ahmedabad where you can stay for the night.
In the morning we will proceed to the airport or railway station and you can return to your hometown.
