We will begin our tour with day one of sightseeing in Dwarka. Drive from Ahmedabad to Dwarka on this day which is a journey of around 8 to 9 hours. We will check in at our hotel in Dwarka and you can attend the evening aarti at the famous Dwarkadhish Temple. This is one of the major Hindu temples of Lord Krishna in India.
Begin this day with a sightseeing tour of Dwarka and we will visit Bet Dwarka which is one of the spectacular beaches in Dwarka. You can view the vast Arabian Sea from this point. We will visit Rukmini Temple and Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temples, both of which have incredible architecture.
Begin this day with and drive from Dwarka to Somnath. On the way we will visit the famous Porbandar Beach and Kirti Mandir where Mahatma Gandhi was born. We will also visit other famous places in Porbandar such as Geeta Mandir and Triveni Sangam. In the evening we will reach Somnath where you can visit Somnath Jyotirlinga Temple. The temple was attacked several times during history. In the evening we will visit the Sound and Light Show at Somnath Temple and rest overnight net our hotel.
We will continue this journey on day 4 where you will visit the famous town of Junagadh, which is at the foot of the famous Girnar Hills. We will visit the famous places in Junagadh like Uparkot Fort, which has an incredible architecture. The Narsingh Temple is also a special famous temple to visit in Junagadh. Both the Uparkot Fort and the Narsingh Temple are famous places in Junagadh. We will visit Bhalka Tirth, where Lord Krishna was shot with an arrow. Later visit Sakkarbaug Zoo, which is best for spotting wild animals. In the evening return to your hotel and stay overnight.
On this day we will visit Girnar Parvat, which is one of the best places in Gujarat for temples. The Jain and Hindu temples are on the top of this huge mountain and these famous temples also give fantastic views of the surrounding region. You can reach Girnar Parvat on foot or go via cable car. Later on after this visit to Girnar Parvat, we will visit Mahabat Maqbara and Swaminarayan Temple. Mahabat Maqbara is famous for its incredible architecture and Swaminarayan temple is also one of the most famous temples in Junagadh.
On this day we will drive to Bhavnagar which is another famous Gujarat destination. On the way, we will visit the famous Jalaram Bapa Temple at Virpur and Khodiyar Mata Mandir in Rajpura village and reach Bhavnagar. Check-in at the hotel and stay for the night.
In the morning we will visit Palitana which are famous Jain temple and pilgrimage place in Gujarat. Shatrunjaya Hills is the hill on which there are 863 temples. The temple of Adinath is the main temple to visit here. After this visit to Palitana, we will drive on to Vadodara another famous Gujarat destination.
Early morning will visit Sardar Sarovar Dam from Vadodara. This dam is one of the tallest dams in the world and the Sardar Sarovar Vallabhbhai Patel statue is one of the famous statues which will visit on this day. The Statue of Unity gives fantastic views of the dam and surrounding areas. We will also visit the Value of Flowers which is a fantastic flower garden and continue to drive on to Ahmedabad later in the day.
On this day we will see the famous sites of Ahmedabad and also visit nearby places like Patan and Modhera. Patan is famous for its Rani ki Vav, which is a huge stepwell and Modhera is known for its Sun Temple, which is among the best Sun Temples in India. In the evening we will visit Akshardham Temple and view the fantastic Water Show.
We will do our departure from Ahmedabad and visit Sabarmati Ashram which is one of the most famous places in Ahmedabad. You can do some sightseeing and shopping and then return to reach your hometown from the railway station or airport.
