We will pick you up at the airport or railway station and we will drive to Shirdi, which is our first destination on this tour. Mumbai to Shirdi is a drive of around 5-6 hours. After arrival in Shirdi, we will visit the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple, which is a Samadhi of Sai Baba, a great saint of Maharashtra. We will visit many other places such as Dwarkamai, Gurusthan, etc. Later you can check in at your hotel in Shirdi and have overnight rest.
You will check out from Shirdi and head to your next Maharashtra destination, which is Parli Vaijnath. This is a journey of 6 hours by cab. On the way, we will visit Shani Shingnapur, a famous temple in Maharashtra. The temple deity is the planet Saturn, who is worshipped as a god called Shani Dev in the Hindu religion. After this visit, we will drive on to Parli Vaijnath. After you arrive here check-in at your hotel and rest overnight at the hotel.
In the morning we will visit Parli Vaijnath Temple, which is believed to be around 3000 years old temple. The temple has incredible architecture and is one of the famous Jyotirlinga temples of Lord Shiva. After this visit, we will drive on to our next destination, which is the city of Kolhapur. The road distance between Parli Vaijnath to Kolhapur is about 8 hours by car. On the route, we will visit Tuljabhawani Temple, which is one of the 51 Shakti Peeth temples of Sati. Later we will drive on to Kolhapur and on arrival, check-in at our hotel and overnight stay.
After breakfast and checkout from Kolhapur, we will head on to our next destination of this tour, which is the hill station of Mahabaleshwar. It will take around 4-5 hours to reach Mahabaleshwar by car. On the way, we can visit Shri Mahalaxmi Ambabai Temple, which is another famous temple in the city of Kolhapur, dedicated to the mother goddess Mahalakshmi. The temple has incredible architecture and is a prime example of the Chalukya architectural styles of the 7th century. Later we will drive on to reach Mahabaleshwar. After checking in at your hotel you can rest overnight.
After breakfast, we will begin this day with Mahabaleshwar sightseeing and a Panchgani visit. We will visit all the famous places in Mahabaleshwar, such as Arthur Seat, Mahabaleshwar Temple, Monkey Point, Echo Point, Tiger Spring, Window Point, Castle Rock, Savitri Point, Parsi Point, Tableland, Mala’s Factory, Bhilar Waterfall. In the evening we will come back to our hotel and rest overnight.
We will check out from Mahabaleshwar and proceed to our next Maharashtra destination, that is Bhimashankar. This is a road journey of around 6-7 hours. On the way, you can visit Kate’s Point, Needle Point, Lodwick Point, MAPRO Garden, and Echo Point in Mahabaleshwar. After you arrive in Bhimashankar in the evening you can check in at your hotel and have overnight rest.
After checkout from Bhimashankar, we will visit Bhimashankar Temple, which is one of the Jyotirlinga temples of Shiva. We will have to follow a jungle path to reach the temple. This path goes through deep jungles and hilly terrain. You can enjoy the scenic landscapes around you while you visit the temple. Later after this visit, we will drive on to our next Maharashtra destination, which is the hill station of Lonavala. Bhimashankar to Lonavala distance is around 4 hour's journey by cab. On arrival in Lonavala in the evening, you can check in at your hotel and have overnight rest.
After breakfast, we will go on a tour of Lonavala, which is one of the famous hill stations in Maharashtra. Lonavala is famous for its scenic landscapes, mountain tops, fort views, waterfalls, greenery, viewpoints, shopping, and relaxation. We will visit the most famous places in Lonavala such as Bushi Dam, and Tungarli Lake. After lunch, we will continue with our Lonavala sightseeing and visit Tiger’s Leap, Kune Falls, and Karla Buddhist Caves. After this visit, we will return to Lonavala and you can have overnight rest at your hotel.
On this day you will check out from Lonavala and proceed to visit Khandala, which is very close to Lonavala. Khandala is another famous hill station, and people generally visit Lonavala and Khandala on the same visit. Khandala is also famous for its scenic landscape views, waterfalls, hilltop forts, and resorts. We will visit famous places in Khandala such as Lohagad Fort, Rajmachi Point, and Amrutanjan Point. After this visit, proceed to drive to Mumbai from Lonavala Khandala. You will arrive in Mumbai after a 2-3 hour drive from Lonavala Khandala. On arrival in Mumbai check out at your hotel and rest for the night.
After breakfast, you will proceed to do some sightseeing in Mumbai. There are some very famous places in Mumbai, which are also best for sightseeing tours. Mumbai is famous for its Buddhist caves, Victorian-era architecture, museums, beaches, shopping, and art galleries. We will visit famous places such as Siddhivinayak Temple, Haji Ali Dargah, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Mahalaxmi Temple, Gateway of India, Hanging Garden, Juhu Beach, Prince of Wales Museum, Jahangir Art Gallery. Later we will transfer you to the airport or railway station from where you can return to your home town.
