Your tour starts as you arrive in Cambodia via flight. As you land at Siem Reap International Airport, our tour representative will greet you with a warm smile and transfer you to the hotel. Here you can do check-in and freshen up after a long flight. We will now begin this day’s sightseeing tour of Siem Reap. You can go on a boat trip to Tonlé Sap, which is regarded as the biggest freshwater lake in South East Asia. You will discover floating villages, crocodile and fish farms, floating restaurants, and local culture. After this boating tour in Tonlé Sap, you can return to Siem Reap and enjoy an Apsara dance performance at a local theatre. The Apsara Dance is a traditional art in Cambodia and shows various artists dancing with facial expressions and articulate gestures. After you have enjoyed this dance performance you can return to your hotel and then rest here for the night.
The second day of this tour begins with breakfast at the hotel in Siem Reap. We will now visit one of the main highlights of this trip, which is the huge temple complex of Angkor Wat. This temple is a group of many large temples and this is also one of the biggest temple complexes in the world. You will begin with the Southern Gate. As you pass through the lush greenery and the huge moat around the temple, you will step into a big courtyard with great temples in the middle. Bayon Temple is a magnificent temple with ornate sculptures, carvings, and architecture. We will visit the temple complex that lies ahead of the Southern Gate. Here we will find such famous temples like Angkor Thom, Terrace of the Elephants, and Terrace of the Leper King.
We will now visit the main temple of Angkor Wat complex. This temple is remarkably preserved temple. The incredible sculptures of stone, carvings, idols, and architecture are one of the best examples of Khmer architecture. We will now visit Bakheng Temple, which is located on Bakheng Hill. This temple is a very old temple in Angkor Wat temple complex. You can spend some time here and just in time to view the fabulous sunsets. After this visit to Angkor Wat, you will return to your hotel and have dinner. Then you will stay here for the night.
After breakfast in the hotel in Siem Reap you can proceed to check-out. On the route, you can stop for some time and visit the Spider Market, which is also very popular as Cambodia Insect Market. You can view the vendors selling various insects and frying them as food. You can have lunch at a local restaurant. Later you will arrive at Phnom Penh and check-in at the hotel. Later we visit the Royal Palace, which is a magnificent building and is the official residence of the King of Cambodia. Our next stop would be the Silver Pagoda, where there is a Buddha statue which is made from 90 kg gold. We will now visit the Wat Phnom Temple, which is one of the most famous temples in Phnom Penh. After this sightseeing tour of Phnom Penh, you will return to your hotel and stay here for the night.
Today we will visit various attractions in Phnom Penh. We will visit the Tuol Sleng Museum, which is famous for its infamous genocide. This was once a prison where 20000 people were imprisoned and various brutal tortures and executions took place here under the Khmer Rouge regime. We will now proceed onwards and visit the Russian Market, which is also known as Tuol Tumpong Market. After lunch, you will visit a local market and shop for wooden carvings, silk dresses, jewelry, etc. Later in the evening, you can enjoy a lovely sunset cruise over the Mekong River. As the exciting day comes to an end you will return to your hotel and have dinner and stay for the night.
After a delicious breakfast in your hotel, you can explore the local market. Later you will check-out from your hotel and we will proceed to the airport. You will take a flight to Vientiane, which is the capital city of Laos. When you land at Vientiane Airport our tour representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. On arrival, you can do check-in and then spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Today we will go on a sightseeing tour of Vientiane and you will visit the most famous tourist attractions in Vientiane. We will begin this tour with a visit to Wat Si Muang, which is a very famous Buddhist temple. The temple was built in the 16th century and has many Buddha sculptures and idols. You will now proceed and visit the Friendship Bridge, which is a river bridge built over the Mekong River. The bridge connects two neighboring countries, which are Laos and Thailand. The romantic vibes of this place and the breathtaking scenic beauty of the bridge and the Mekong River will enthrall you.
Later on this day, we will visit Buddha Park, which is located on the banks of the Mekong River. You can have a romantic stroll here amid the surrounding greenery. There are many Buddha sculptures and statues here, which will lend a peaceful charm to this place. After this, you will proceed on this tour and visit Mai Savanh, which is a shop offering various silk products, spices, and other products.
Later you will visit That Luang, which is one of the famous Buddhist stupas and a very ancient site in Vientiane. After this, we will visit the Patuxai, which is a war memorial and resembles the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. You will find incredible architecture, landscaped gardens, lawns, water fountains, and fascinating views from this monument. As the day ends you will visit the Wat Sisaket, which is a Buddhist temple. You will find incredible temple architecture here and hallways with miniature Buddha idols and statues. You can visit the nearby Haw Phra Kaew Museum, and this museum has a huge collection of Khmer art and sculptures. Later after this exciting Vientiane tour you will return to the hotel and stay here for the night.
Today you will check-out from your hotel in Vientiane and visit Vang Vieng, which is a town with immense natural beauty and temples. You will view the magnificent natural scenery on the road and admire the countryside and the mountains. Vang Vieng is famous for its limestone cliffs and rock formations. It is situated on the banks of the Nam Song River. You will visit the Tham Jang caves, which were once used as a bunker during war times. Later you will visit the Organic Farm Vang Vieng, where traditional and natural methods are used for cultivating crops. After this sightseeing tour ends you will be transferred to your hotel and stay here for the night.
Today you will check-out from Laos and visit the next destination of this tour, which is Luang Prabang. This city is located on the confluence of the rivers Nam Khar and Mekong. You will view rice terraces, lush green farmlands, and villages on the hill slopes. You can stop to visit a village and know about the life and culture of the rural people. We will take you to the top of the Phou Laou Pheng Peak where you can view magical landscapes. We will visit the Muang Xieng Nguen village, which is a small village with incredible views and natural beauty. Later you will reach Luang Prabang and you can check-in at the hotel and rest here for the night.
Today we will go on a sightseeing tour of Luang Prabang and visit its most famous places and monuments. We will start with the Royal Palace, which is a colonial-era palace complex with many buildings and French architecture. We will go on a riverboat ride on the Mekong River and you will view fascinating landscapes and striking landscapes. Then we will visit the famous Pak Ou Caves, which are two caves with many Buddhist idols. We will now return to Luang Prabang and you will visit the Wat Xiengthong temple. This temple has striking architecture and is also popular as the Temple of the Golden City. After lunch, we will visit the Wat Siphouthabaht monastery. Here you can catch a glimpse of the setting sun. Then we will visit one of the famous night markets in Luang Prabang and get to see so many vendors selling handicraft items and street food. You can taste delicious food and also shop for souvenirs. At the end of the day, you will return to your hotel and stay here for the night.
Today is the last day of your Cambodia Laos Tour. After breakfast, we will visit Mount Phousi, which is a small hill with many Buddhist shrines and temples. You will get very good views of the Mekong River flowing in the distance and the spectacular rice fields, mountains, and surrounding countryside. After this, you will check-out from Luang Prabang and proceed towards Luang Prabang International Airport. You can take a flight back to your hometown and leave with sweet memories.
