Day Wise Itinerary Download

1Day Arrival in Kumarakom

Your Kerala Honeymoon Package starts as you arrive in Cochin. Our tour representative will pick you up from Cochin Airport or Cochin railway station and drive you to Kumarakom. This will be a drive of around 2 hours by private cab. When you arrive in Kumarakom you can check-in at the houseboat and rest for some time in the relaxing environs of Kerala backwaters. Kumarakom is one of the best tourist places in Kerala and it is famous for its backwater cruises. You will have all the evening now to spend in the houseboat. As your houseboat cruises on the idyllic backwaters of Vembanad Lake, you will enjoy the scenic views of mangrove forests, river canals, and waterways. In the evening you will have dinner in the houseboat and relax for the night in your houseboat.

2Day Thekkady

You will begin this day with a beautiful sunrise on the Vembanad Lake. After breakfast, you will check-out from Kumarakom and proceed to another famous destination of this Kerala Honeymoon Tour, which is Thekkady. When you arrive in Thakkady you will check-in at your hotel/ resort and then have a rest. Later you will do river boating in Periyar Lake and spot jungle creatures. Later you can rest overnight in your hotel/ jungle lodge in Thekkady and prepare for another day of your Kerala honeymoon tour.

3Day Munnar

After visiting Thekkady you will check-out from your hotel and drive to Munnar. On the way, you can view beautiful tea gardens, spice plantations, waterfalls, valleys, and mountains. Cheeyappara Waterfalls and Valara Waterfalls are some of the best waterfalls that come on this route. When you arrive in Munnar, you can check-in at your hotel/resort and stay here overnight.

4Day Munnar sightseeing

You will have the whole day with you in which you can do sightseeing by car, enjoy several activities, and also do some shopping and dining. We will begin this day with some popular tourist spots in Munnar. You will visit Mattupetty Dam, where you can do speed boating and paddle boating. Lush green forests, hills, and mountains surround Mattupetty Dam and make it an incredibly scenic place. Thereafter you will visit a tea plantation and smell the aromatic tea leaves. The tea plantations in Munnar are famous for their tea production and organic tea varieties. You can have a romantic stroll in the tea gardens and spend a romantic time with your spouse.
Later you will visit Eravikulam National Park and do a jeep safari here. Eravikulam National Park is home to the Nilgiri Tahr, Indian bison, deer species, etc. You can view the spectacular Shola forests in this national park and there are cascading waterfalls like Lakkom Waterfalls which you can visit in this national park. You can view the highest mountain peak in South India, which is called Anamudi Peak from this national park. Later you can do a shikara ride at Kundala Lake. In the evening you will return to your hotel in Munnar and rest here overnight.

5Day Departure from Munnar

You will now conclude this Kerala Honeymoon Tour and check-out from Munnar. We will drop you at Cochin Railway Station or Cochin Airport and you can catch a train or flight to your hometown.

Confirmation Policy

Upon booking, the traveller will receive a confirmation voucher via email, within 24 hours.
In the special cases of slots not being available, feasible alternatives will be provided to the customer, in regards to the customer’s preference. In such cases, a new voucher would be sent via email, consisting of the new travel details.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made before 20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 30% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Due to any restrictions such as sudden government policies or regulations, health hazards, medical emergencies, or unprecedented weather conditions, activities and tours may be nonoperational and be cancelled. In cases such as these, operators will attempt to cater to the traveller an alternate, which is feasible in nature. However, any refund would not be catered.
