Your Vietnam Cambodia Tour starts as you board the flight from Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport and land at Siem Reap Airport. Siem Reap is a big city and is the gateway to the ruins of Angkor Wat Temple, which is a world-famous temple complex. Angkor Wat Temple complex is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is famous for its temple architecture, sculptures, carvings, and temple design. Angkor was once the capital of the Khmer Empire and ruled between the 9th and 15th centuries. Angkor Wat is a huge tourist magnet and world-famous destination. On landing, our tour representatives will greet you and transfer you to the hotel n Siem Reap. On check-in you can explore the surroundings of the hotel and have some rest. You can visit some local areas and the market and then have dinner at the hotel. Then you will have a night's stay at the hotel.
Today we will embark on a visit to one of the most famous temples in the world, which is Angkor Wat. We will pass through the Southern Gate, which is a magnificently carved gate with sculptures. We will visit various temples here such as Angkor Thom, Bayon Temple, Terrace of the Leper King, Terrace of the Elephants, Phimeanakas Temple, and Royal Enclosure. Later we will visit Ta Prohm Temple and Angkor Wat Temple. Angkor Wat Temple is regarded as one of the largest religious structures in the world. The temple and its five towers were constructed to represent the mountain called Meru, which is a mountain of the celestial gods in Hindu cosmology. The Bas-reliefs, corridors, sculptures, carvings, temple design, and architecture are such that words are not enough to explain their beauty. After this visit, we will return to Siem Reap and enjoy a traditional Apsara dance performance by local artists. This will be followed by dinner and you can dine on various Thai and Cambodian dishes. You can now return to your hotel in Siem Reap and stay here for the night.
We will check-out from Siem Reap and proceed on to another famous destination of this tour, which is Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. On arrival in Hanoi, we will check-in at the hotel and then go for a sightseeing tour of Hanoi. We will visit the Temple of Literature. This is a temple that was dedicated not to any god but to Confucius, the renowned Chinese sage and philosopher who influenced much of East Asian culture. The Imperial Academy, which is Vietnam’s first university, is on the premises of this temple. Later we will visit the One Pillar Pagoda, which is a huge architectural complex and Buddhist temple that was built somewhere around 1028 to 1054 AD. The temple is called because of the unique temple which stands on one pillar. We will later visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, which has the mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh, the founding father of Vietnam. You can enjoy the Water Puppet Show, which is a unique puppet show that is traditional performing arts in Vietnam. Later you will stay for the night in the hotel in Hanoi.
Today we will visit the most exciting destination of this tour, which is Halong Bay. This huge bay is dotted with various limestone cliffs and rugged mountains. Halong Bay is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Vietnam and its most scenic attraction. You will embark on an exciting cruise ship tour of Halong Bay and visit various attractions. We will visit the Dark and Light Cave by kayak and venture into the eerie world of white limestone caves and emerald blue waters of the bay mingling to give you a surreal feeling. Then we will pass through iconic islands like Dinh Huong Island and Ga Choi Islands. You will stay here on the cruise ship for the night and have a fabulous dinner with other guests.
Today we will check-out from the cruise ship and reach Hanoi. Then we proceed to Da Nang via flight. Da Nang is a huge city with beautiful beaches, museums, Buddhist pagodas, and other cultural and natural attractions. We will view the famous bridges on River Han and one of the most popular bridges is Dragon Bridge. We proceed to do check-in at the hotel in Da Nang. Later you will have dinner and stay here for the night.
Today we will visit Ba Na Hills, which is an exciting place for entertainment and fun. You can reach Ba Na Hills via a ropeway cable car ride. We will visit Sun World Fantasy Park, which has many roller coaster rides, slides, games, a 4D theatre, a wax museum, and other attractions. The Golden Bridge is a wonderful bridge, whose architecture looks like a hand that supports the bridge. You can have very scenic views of the landscapes from Golden Bridge. You will visit many other attractions in Sun World Fantasy Park like Wax Museum, French Village, Pagodas, Alpine Coaster, and many others. The next destination that we will visit is the village of Hoi An and here we will visit the Japanese Bridge Phuc Kien Pagoda and Phung Hung Old Merchant House. At the end of this tour, we will return to our hotel in Da Nang and rest here for the night.
Today we will take a flight to Ho Chi Minh City and check-in at the hotel. Later we will visit the top tourist attractions in Ho Chi Minh. We will visit Dame Cathedral, Saigon Central Post Office, and Thien Hau Pagoda. We will then visit War Crime Museum where you will view exhibits relating to Vietnam War and crimes, like weapons, photos, documents, etc. Then we will visit the Reunification Palace, which is a historical palace and is also called as Independence Palace. After this sightseeing tour of Ho Chi Minh, you will return to your hotel and rest here for the night.
Today we will visit the famous Chi Chi Tunnel, which is a historical landmark in Vietnam. The underground tunnel network was used during the Vietnam War as an escape route to reach important places like post offices, hospitals, shelters, command posts, and other places. The strategic place of this tunnel made it a reliable means of shelter and safety for residents, soldiers, and military personnel. The amazing tunnel network is a wonder in itself. The most amazing thing about Chi Chi Tunnel is that the tunnels were crafted out of simple tools and extensive use of hands. You will view concealed trap doors, booby traps, hidden places, and models. You also get to crawl through the tunnels, which are 140 meters long. You can crawl through a section of these tunnels for around 10-15 minutes. Later we will return to Ho Chi Minh City and you can rest in the hotel and spend the night here.
It is the last day of this tour and you will check-out from Ho Chi Minh City. We will drop you at Ho Chi Minh Airport and you can take a flight to your hometown.
