Day Wise Itinerary Download

1Day Arrival in Leh + Acclimatization

Your Ladakh Tour starts as you arrive at Leh Airport. Our tour representative will greet you at Leh Airport and transfer you to the hotel. You will not do any sightseeing on this day. But instead, you will acclimatize to the weather. We strongly advise you to rest at your hotel and not venture out for any sightseeing. This way you will be ready in body and mind to take on this long tour of Ladakh.

2Day Leh sightseeing tour

You will begin this day with sightseeing in Leh. This mountain kingdom of Leh is one of the immensely gifted places in India. The barren landscapes, cold desert environment, hilltop monasteries, river valleys, and sweeping Himalayan landscapes will surround you and make this tour a truly memorable and exciting tour. You will begin this tour with a tour of the famous Buddhist monasteries and palaces in Leh. You will visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey Monastery, Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, and the Hall of Fame. You can now return to your hotel in the evening and rest and stay here overnight.

3Day Sham Valley sightseeing

You will be doing sightseeing in Sham Valley and all its famous places. You will visit Lamayuru Monastery, Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Sri Pathar Sahib, Alchi Monastery, Likir, Sangam, and Basgo. Later you will do river rafting in the Indus River, which is the best thing to do here. Later you will stay overnight at the hotel in Alchi.

4Day Sham Valley sightseeing

Today you will check-out from Alchi/ Ule and visit other places in Sham Valley such as Saspol Caves, and Rizong Monastery. Later you will proceed to Leh.

5Day Nubra Valley

You will begin this day with a visit to Khardung La Pass, which is the highest motorable road in the world. You must take a selfie at the signboard at Khardung La Pass. After this, you will visit Nubra Valley. You will make a halt to visit Diskit Monastery on the way. You can check-in at the camp/ hotel. Then you will have a camel ride on the Bactrian Camel. Nubra Valley is a place of cold desert in Ladakh. The Bactrian Camel is three-humped and was used to transport goods on the Silk Road. You will stay for the night at the camp at Hunder or Nubra Valley.

6Day Nubra to Leh

After breakfast, you will visit the Diskit Monastery, Panamik hot water springs, and the point of confluence of Shyok and Nubra rivers. Later you will return to Leh and have an overnight stay here in the hotel.

7Day Leh to Pangong

You will visit the Pangong Tso Lake on this day. Pangong Tso Lake is one of the most pristine and purest lakes in India. You will check-in at the camps here. Pangong Tso Lake is partly in India and partly in China. Later you will stay in the camps for the night.

8Day Return to Leh

You will return to Leh from Pangong Tso Lake. On the route, you will visit the Hemis Monastery and 3 Idiots School. On arrival in Leh, you will check-in at the hotel and stay here for the night.

9Day Tso Moriri Lake

You will now check-out from Leh and proceed to visit Tso Moriri Lake, which is one of the highest lakes in the world. You can make short halts to visit Shey Monastery, Thiksey Monastery, Karu, and Upshi, which are small towns. You will visit Chumathang Hot Spring and arrive at Karzok village. Here you will stay in the camps for the night.

10Day Leh

You will proceed towards Leh and visit Tsokar Lake, Taglang La Pass, Rumste, Upshi, and Karu. Finally, you will arrive in Leh and stay here for the night at the hotel.

11Day Departure from Leh

You have now come to the end of this exciting Leh Ladakh Tour. You can check-out from Leh and we will drop you at Leh Airport and you can catch a flight to your hometown.

Confirmation Policy

Upon booking, the traveller will receive a confirmation voucher via email, within 24 hours.
In the special cases of slots not being available, feasible alternatives will be provided to the customer, in regards to the customer’s preference. In such cases, a new voucher would be sent via email, consisting of the new travel details.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made before 20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 30% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Due to any restrictions such as sudden government policies or regulations, health hazards, medical emergencies, or unprecedented weather conditions, activities and tours may be nonoperational and be cancelled. In cases such as these, operators will attempt to cater to the traveller an alternate, which is feasible in nature. However, any refund would not be catered.
