Day Wise Itinerary Download

1Day Arrive in Munnar

Your Kerala Honeymoon Tour starts as you arrive in Cochin. Our tour representative will pick you up from Cochin Airport/ Cochin Railway Station and drive to Munnar by private car. On this Cochin Munnar route, you can enjoy waterfalls, tea gardens, lush green valleys, forests, and mountains. You can stop on this route at specific locations such as Cheeyappara Waterfalls, Valara Waterfalls, and spice plantations. When you arrive in Munnar after a drive of around 5 hours you can check-in at the hotel and rest for some time to shake off the travel fatigue. You can now spend the day as you like and explore the local market or the surroundings of your hotel or resort. At night you can have a delicious dinner and rest for the night.

2Day Munnar sightseeing

You will begin this exciting day with a sightseeing trip to Munnar by car. You will begin after a delicious breakfast at your hotel in Munnar and drive by car to the famous attractions in Munnar. We will take you to famous viewpoints like Echo Point, Pothamedu View Point, and Photo Point from where you can view the panoramic landscapes of Munnar. We will take you to Mattupetty Dam and you can have a boat ride in Kundala Lake. Later you can visit the Eravikulam National Park and go on a jeep safari. You can spot jungle creatures on this wildlife safari and one of them is the rare Nigiri Tahr, a type of mountain goat. You can view the highest peak in South India, Anamudi Peak from this national park. Later you will visit the Tea Museum and sip on many types of organic tea varieties.
Later you can have a romantic stroll in the tea gardens, which are very famous in Munnar. Apart from the stroll, you can learn about how tea leaves are processed into tea at these tea gardens. Later we will drop you at your hotel and you can have overnight rest.

3Day Thekkady

You will begin this day with check-out from Munnar and proceed to yet another famous destination of this tour, which is Thekkady. On the route to Thekkady, you will be treated to some scenic landscapes, tea gardens, waterfalls, valleys, dense forests, and mountains. When you arrive in Thekkady you will check-in at your resort and have some rest. Later you can go on a wild safari tour in Periyar National Park. This national park ranks among the finest national parks in India and is a tiger reserve also. You can spot royal Bengal tigers, wild bison, langurs, and other wild creatures. If you love adventure activities, you can do river rafting and trekking in Periyar National Park. In the evening you will return to your hotel and have a candle-lit dinner. You will now rest in the hotel room and cherish the sweet memories of the day.

4Day Alleppey

You will begin this day with breakfast and check-out from Thekkady. Later you will head to Alleppey, which is famous for its backwater houseboat cruises. Upon arrival in Alleppey, you will check-in at your houseboat and have a wonderful tour of the Kerala backwaters. You will see lagoons, small inlets, birdlife, small villages, fishing boats, lakes, and rivers, and this is like a fantastic water world. You will have dinner in your houseboat and enjoy each other’s company with a delicious South Indian dinner. You will end this day on the houseboat and cherish the day.

5Day Departure from Alleppey

After breakfast, you will bid adieu to Alleppey and we will drive to Cochin. We will drop you at the airport or railway station and you can board a train or catch a flight to your hometown.

Confirmation Policy

Upon booking, the traveller will receive a confirmation voucher via email, within 24 hours.
In the special cases of slots not being available, feasible alternatives will be provided to the customer, in regards to the customer’s preference. In such cases, a new voucher would be sent via email, consisting of the new travel details.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made before 20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 30% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Due to any restrictions such as sudden government policies or regulations, health hazards, medical emergencies, or unprecedented weather conditions, activities and tours may be nonoperational and be cancelled. In cases such as these, operators will attempt to cater to the traveller an alternate, which is feasible in nature. However, any refund would not be catered.
