Day Wise Itinerary Download

1Day Cochin to Munnar

Embark on this exciting Kerala tour on the first day of your tour. We pick you up from Cochin and drive to Munnar. Cochin to Munnar is a drive of about 130 km and will take 4-5 hours of driving in our private cabs. On the route, you can visit tea gardens and spectacular waterfalls such as Vaplara and Cheeyappara waterfalls. After you arrive in Munnar, you will check in at your jungle resort or hotel and rest for some time. Munnar is the most fascinating hill station in Kerala with incredible natural beauty. You can visit Eravikulam National Park and go on a jungle safari. For this, you will have to book your safari tickets in advance. You can spot Nilgiri Tahr and see the highest peak in South India which is called Anamudi Peak. In Munnar, you can do boating or visit the tea museum. There are many famous vantage points in Munnar from which you can see panoramic views of mountains and valleys. After dinner, you will now rest in your hotel.

2Day Munnar sightseeing

You will have a full day that is only reserved for Munnar sightseeing. Visit the famous places in Munnar such as Mattupetty Dam, Kundala Lake, Blossom Park, Pothenmedu View Point, Echo Point, etc. You can do some relaxing things such as boating and visiting the tea gardens. You can visit the Mattupetty Indo-Swiss Farm and see the production of milk and milk products here. Shop for local products and rest in your hotel.

3Day Munnar to Thekkady

On this day you will check out from your resort in Munnar and head to your next Kerala destination that is Thekkady. Thekkady is on the border of the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. When you arrive in Thekkady you can check in at your resort and proceed to do a little sightseeing around the place. Go on a Jeep safari and explore the tropical forests here. You can spot some wild animals such as bison, macaques, squirrels, and so on. You can visit the spice plantations and have a taste of the aromatic spices. Return to your jungle lodge and rest for the night.

4Day Thekkady to Alleppey

In the morning, check out from Thekkady and proceed to visit your next Kerala destination, Alleppey. The cab drive from Thekkady to Alleppey will take approximately 5-6 hours. After you arrive in Alleppey you can check in at your houseboat. Go for a tour of the famous places here such as Alappuzha Beach, Vijaya Beach Park, etc. You can have a houseboat tour in the backwaters of Alleppey and explore the little villages and life in the idyllic backwaters. Have a traditional Kerala dish, which is made from authentic herbs and spices. You can buy some souvenirs which are made from coir, coconut shells, seashells, and other marine products. You can plan this trip so that you visit the Alleppey boat races in August. Take a rest for the night in your houseboat in Alleppey.

5Day Alleppey to Kovalam

You can have an early breakfast in your houseboat in Alleppey. Afterward, leave for your next destination of your 7D Kerala Tour, which is none other than Kovalam. Kovalam is one of the cleanest beaches in Kerala. Here you can have some relaxing activities such as beach walks, sunset boat rides, catamaran safari, or parasailing. You will have to pre-book the activity in advance. You can have a rejuvenating herbal spa and Ayurvedic massage therapy. Explore a small village and shop around for local handicrafts and spices. There are three main beaches that you can explore in Kovalam. Or explore the Vellayani Lake and its tranquil beauty. After this, come back to your hotel and rest for the night.

6Day Kovalam to Poovar

Today, you will explore the little-known Poovar. This is another of the gems that you can explore in Kerala. You can visit fishing villages and see the rustic lifestyle of the fishermen. Enjoy the views from Poovar Beach or go on a houseboat tour in the lagoons and tiny river channels along the coast. You can even try an Ayurveda treatment. Poovar is a coastal town that is not yet fully explored and you will not find much crowd here like in Alleppey. This will make you enjoy Poovar more. In the evening you will return to Kovalam and rest for the night in your hotel.

7Day Kovalam to Cochin

On this last day of your Kerala Tour, you will check out from Kovalam and drive back to Cochin. We will drop you at the railway station or airport in Cochin from where you can head back home.

Confirmation Policy

Upon booking, the traveller will receive a confirmation voucher via email, within 24 hours.
In the special cases of slots not being available, feasible alternatives will be provided to the customer, in regards to the customer’s preference. In such cases, a new voucher would be sent via email, consisting of the new travel details.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made before 20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 30% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Due to any restrictions such as sudden government policies or regulations, health hazards, medical emergencies, or unprecedented weather conditions, activities and tours may be nonoperational and be cancelled. In cases such as these, operators will attempt to cater to the traveller an alternate, which is feasible in nature. However, any refund would not be catered.
